OUR STORY.
In February 2013, G2 Give Global was born. The effort began unofficially as the Sutherland family raised money for a remote jungle school in Belize. After our first fundraiser, we were able to collect the funds, purchase supplies and bring more than 100 lbs of school supplies across a swinging suspension bridge to young students at a small jungle village school in Belize. After this amazing experience, G2 Give Global has expanded rapidly.
In 2019, we officially gained nonprofit status and have continued our work around the globe. We've also been aided by dozens of volunteers along the way who have helped us raise money and distribute supplies.
In 2020, the G2 Give Global team continued to aid school children in need during the COVID-19 pandemic by ensuring that Mary Williams elementary students without WiFi still had access to schoolwork via hand-delivered homework packets.
In 2021, G2 Give Global volunteers delivered backpacks filled with supplies and school uniforms to young school children in the far reaches of the Amazon Rainforest in Brazil as well as a remote Andes mountain village in Ecuador.
In 2022, G2 Give Global youth leaders played soccer with and delivered school bags packed with crucial school supplies and necessities to young students in Peru and Mexico. At the School for the Deaf in Puerto Rico, volunteers helped hear-impaired children get the supplies they need to participate in the classroom after rebuilding from hurricane Maria.

WHAT WE DO.
Through youth leadership, boundaryless friendships and international acts of kindness, anything is possible with children paving the way.
Under the supervision of adults, youth volunteers fundraise, purchase supplies, determine transport logistics and deliver materials directly to the children in need. These small acts of kindness ignite global friendships and ripple to build a sentiment of international hope.
